Jill Leverages Open Gym to Maximize Her Weekly Workout Days
Jill featured here, is a second time winner of Open Gym and has been with Limitless for more than 2 years now. She personal trains with Michelle twice a week and adds Open Gym to increase her lifting days to her fitness regime. Jill is very structured and consistent with her fitness, when you see her in for Open Gym, she's focused and has a look of determination to get it done! For her prize of winning this past month, Jill chose our Limitless branded Yeti and to compliment the blue one she received earlier this year, she's chosen to get it in white this time around.
When we ask Jill what she likes about Limitless Fitness she says "Participating in Open Gym has helped me have more productive workouts with my trainer, Michelle. It gives me the opportunity to build upon the personal training program that she plans for me and I feel myself getting stronger. I notice that I'm able to use heavier weights and I have more stamina. When I have less time between workouts, my recovery is easier (i.e., less sore muscles!) and I stay way more motivated!
