Your progress is most efficient by working consistently with the same trainer every session, creating accountability and allowing us to reach your fitness goals effectively.

Your first assessment will include an InBody analysis, health history, goal setting, a movement screen, and a strength test. From there, we build a personalized plan just for you.

We offer a range of services, including in-studio memberships, online training memberships, standalone session packages, and a la carte training sessions at varying prices. I’ve never worked with a personal trainer before—will it be intimidating?

Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and non-intimidating space for everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes. At Limitless, our private trainers meet you where you are — whether it’s your first time in a gym or you’re returning after an injury. We work with clients from ages 12 to 75+ and customize programs to your fitness level and lifestyle. Our goal is to help you gain confidence, improve your fitness, and make progress on your own terms.


What is the schedule for personal training?

We tailor our hours to fit your life. Whether you want to train as early as 5 AM or as late as 8 PM, we work around your needs. If flexibility is key, we also offer remote online training, allowing you to access custom workouts on your own time, anywhere, with support from your individual personal trainer.
