When we started Limitless Fitness, our vision was to create a welcoming environment where everyBody could feel like this was their gym through appreciation and acceptance. We wanted to educate the community on the benefits of fitness using safe, effective and goal oriented techniques to help people grow into their best self!

Today we have a highly skilled team of trainers, all nationally certified, and many with degrees in the field of fitness who are passionate about the health and well being of our clients.

The growth we’ve experienced is largely due to our top notch training from our skilled trainers and the supportive community of clients. The word is spreading on their positive and successful experience with Limitless, and together we are helping change peoples lives for the better.

FAQ

Will I always work with the same trainer?

Yes! Your progress will be most efficient through the consistency of working with the same trainer every session . Ultimately this will allow you to reach your fitness goals in a more effective manner. Your first assessment will include an InBody analysis, health history, goal setting, movement screen and strength test. This initial session will help build the framework for your fitness plan moving forward. learn more here


Do you tailor programming to my specific abilities?

Yes, each trainer meets clients at their fitness abilities. Identifies areas of imbalance, mobility challenges and works to improve those areas while moving clients forward.


What is the schedule for personal training?

We tailor our hours to your needs, we have clients who want to train as early as 5AM and as late as 7PM. We work with you to accommodate the best days and times of the week, and keep that schedule the duration of your time with us. Learn more about all programs here


Can I use the facility without a trainer?

Yes - you can join “Open Gym” and workout without a trainer. Please note non-personal training clients may need to participate in a 1 month personal training on-boarding program to ensure form safety is in place.  To learn more please contact us


What makes you different than the larger gyms?

  1. All of our personal trainers are nationally certified many with undergrads and/or advanced degrees in the fitness field, - ensuring that you are maximizing your workouts and are safe.

  2. The only competition in our gym is against yourself. We believe in community over competition.

What age can you start working with a personal trainer?

We have clients as young as 12 who are playing in competitive sports and looking to prep for high school. We also have clients 70+ who are new to fitness. Wherever you are on your fitness journey we welcome you to our community!


What is functional fitness?

Functional fitness will carry you through your day. Think about picking up your kids or grandkids, lifting your heavy bag, carrying that AC unit down the stairs. Functional fitness not only makes you feel better but gives you the strength and ability to do everyday life activities.
