High Protein Black Bean Brownies

MACROS:

10 Servings - 225 Calories - 18g Protein - 23g Carbs - 8g Fiber - 7g Fat

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups black beans, rinsed

  • 3tsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup whey protein powder

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Applesauce

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2-2/3 cup of stevia sweetened chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients except chips in a food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, then pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan or muffin tins.

Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top. Cook the brownies 15-18 min, then let cool at least 10 min before cutting. Cool in fridge overnight, this will help them firm up if needed.
