Baked Zucchini Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 Zucchini

  • Seasonings of your choice

  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. In a mixing bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and other desired seasoning. Arrange in a single layer on a baking rack. Bake for one hour and fifteen minutes, turn over and bake for another hour and fifteen minutes. Let cool with heat off in oven and they will crisp up a bit more. Serve once cool plain or dip of choice. Store in airtight container in fridge for a few days.
