Lindsey needed to change things up to break her pleateau, it worked!

Lindsey, featured here, trains with Sophie 1x a week and also enjoys another day at our Open Gym. Lindsey has been with Limitless for just over 9 months and was brought to us as a referral from a friend of hers who knew we could help Lindsey change her workout routines to make more progress.

When we ask Lindsey about her experience with Limitless she says....

"I was taking HIIT and Yoga classes and saw a lot of results, but then I plateaued after a year and wasn't making any more progress. My friend who goes to Limitless suggested I try weight training. When I've gone to the gym in the past, I normally would just stick to cardio because all the other equipment seemed intimidating. And then I met Sophie. She has taught me so much and has shown me how strong I really am. It also doesn't hurt that she laughs at all my jokes whether or not she thinks they're actually funny. On Wednesday mornings I am never groaning about going to my session because I'm excited to make more progress each week. I recently added Open Gym to my membership because I felt confident enough that I could do the same exercises I do with Sophie on my own. I really appreciate when other trainers help me out or offer advice when I'm there on my own. Limitless has a great community that I highly recommend joining!
