Before coming to Limitless Fitness, I had tried nearly every health and fitness program out there: from counting points to portioning containers, to personal training, and various fitness classes, I had tried it all. I had some short-term success with some of these programs, but ultimately, they just weren’t sustainable for my lifestyle and I eventually gave up on all of them.  I have always been a stress eater, so as life got busier with work, kids, etc. I watched the pounds add up over the last 15 years.
Limitless Fitness had been on my “to do” list for a while and about eight months ago I finally decided to try a drop in Build & Burn class. What struck me right away was the comradery everyone had with each other and the instructor during the class… classes weren’t supposed to be that much fun… were they? Ultimately, I decided to start with personal training as I was really looking for the one-on-one instruction and accountability. My primary goal was to lose weight, secondary I wanted to combat future weight related health issues, have more energy to run around with my children and overall just feel better about myself.
I’ve trained with both Sue and Michelle and could not ask for a better experience. They have worked so hard with me to create a nutrition and strength training program that I have stuck with …. when everything else has failed. I especially like that I can always ask for suggestions when it comes to exercises, meal ideas, etc. I appreciate that my personal training sessions are challenging and always different one day to the next, all while being fun. I once told Sue I had a goal of doing one push up, just weeks later I was doing more than 10! The environment is welcoming, everyone that walks in the door says hello and it is especially great to see how everyone celebrates each other’s successes.
I’m thrilled at my progress, I’ve lost 40 pounds, but gained so much more with the help of Limited Fitness!
