Two Step - Protein Pancake Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup Protein pancake mix

  • ¼ cup egg whites

  • ⅓ mashed banana

  • Toppings of choice: peanut butter, blueberries and maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spray a microwave-safe bowl with non-stick spray. Add mashed banana, pancake mix and egg whites to the bowl and whisk to combine.

  2. Pop the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean. Add toppings and enjoy!
