Two Step - Protein Pancake Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup Protein pancake mix
¼ cup egg whites
⅓ mashed banana
Toppings of choice: peanut butter, blueberries and maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spray a microwave-safe bowl with non-stick spray. Add mashed banana, pancake mix and egg whites to the bowl and whisk to combine.
Pop the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean. Add toppings and enjoy!
