During this 60-minute session, your trainer will guide you through a fitness evaluation, mobility check, and a detailed InBody Scan to give us a clear picture of your body composition. This isn’t just about weight – the InBody Scan analyzes your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and more to provide real insights into your health.
