Congratulations Lizzy, our most recent Open Gym winner!

LIzzy has been working on her fitness at Limitless for just about 2.5 years, she trains with DJ on occasion and in between sessions leverages his plan writing for Open Gym for guidance and progress. Lizzy has a busy lifestyle but doesn’t let that deter her from setting goals, in fact she has a 10k on the list to accomplish and when we ask DJ he says “Lizzy is going to crush her race, she is consistent and ready!”.
