ACCOMPLISHED HER FIRST 5K IN 13 YEARS, WAY TO GO WENJUAN!

Huge congratulations to Wenjuan, getting back to running after a lot of life changes, she completed her first 5k in over 13 years, and felt great! Wenjuan has been working consistently on her fitness for most of her life and with Limitless for just over 4 years. We continue to see great strength progress including the recent 5k race accomplishment, Box jumps growing from 6” to 20” and dumbell chest presses increasing from 15lb to 25lb! We look forward to more success and strength gains for you in 2024 Wenjuan, keep up the amazing work!
