8 years at Limitless, Andrea enjoys diversity in her workouts

A long time and loyal Limitless community member, Andrea aka “Veno” is a great example of consistency and commitment. Shown here doing one of her favorite exercises, alternating dumbell press, Veno is always up for the challenge and pushes herself to meet goals and just feel good. A three time a week Open Gym attendee, and training with Damaris each week, Veno has a solid understanding for both the physical and mental benefits of lifting. When we ask Damaris about training Veno she says “Veno is a smart and hard worker and continues to make progress, she also enjoys diversity in her workouts to keep things fun!”
