“To stay motivated, I ensure that I have really clear goals. This always gives me something to work toward. I have also worked very hard to make exercise a critical part of my day just as I would taking a shower or eating lunch. It takes a lot of effort initially to form a new habit, and I focused on making exercise yet another habit, and now it is something I look forward to. I switched up to exercising in the morning since I am more of a morning person and it gets me energized for my day. I encourage everyone to really focus on making exercise a habit so that it becomes part of your regular routine. It also helps to have awesome people at Limitless that I don't mind talking to when I am at the gym. Noah has helped by giving me open gym workouts that are easy to follow (I might not be consistent if I had to figure it out for myself).
