We ask Don about his experience on his fitness journey and he share this inspiring story:

“After retiring from the U.S. Army almost 13 years ago, I have experienced over a dozen surgeries, including six joint replacements, back surgery, and many hours of physical therapy due to osteoarthritis. Other medical issues contributing to the pain and debilitating health issues included 40 lbs of weight gain and significant loss of strength, flexibility, and balance. After realizing physical therapy would not fix me, I spent months thinking about how I would turn my health around. I decided to try the route of a personal trainer. After many hours/weeks of research for a personal trainer, I found Limitless Fitness. After reviewing their web page and talking to the owner, they seemed to be the best fit for my needs, but I hesitated because it is a 45 min drive one way. Still, I decided to commit to their program once a week for three months.  I intended to stay three months, get a training program I could use on my own, and move on. It's now been a year with Limitless Fitness, and one of the better decisions I have made. I continue experiencing positive gains in my health, such as 30 lbs of weight loss. 8 lbs left to meet my goal, and a reduction in my medication while experiencing an increase in strength, flexibility, and an unexpected improvement in physical balance. Starting with the new year, I have committed to training with Limitless Fitness twice a week. They have had an incredible impact on my health.

My health continues to improve as a result of Limitless Fitness help. They employ highly qualified personal trainers like the one I currently train with, Jamie Staples. She is a highly professional personal trainer who thoroughly understands how the body moves and functions. She developed a training program that is consistent and constantly moving forward. She effectively communicates the program and helps me maintain a heightened standard for my program, maximizing every training exercise and often slowing me down to ensure I do not overdo it and harm the progress of my physical health.

If you are asking yourself, is it worth it? My response is YES! It's worth paying for a personal trainer at an organization like Limitless Fitness. They not only help you train to improve your physical and mental well-being, but they also motivate you toward your workout and train you to stay on the road to health.”
