Jill Describes Why She Enjoys Open Gym....

I love Open Gym because it provides me with a familiar environment and equipment that I know how to use. I am able to build upon the two weekly sessions that I have with my trainer and maximize the amount of strength training I get in a week. During Open Gym, I am sometimes in the gym all by myself and other times there are other clients or trainers; either way is fun and, of course, I never regret getting in the extra workouts.
