REED LAASKO
Personal Trainer
I am an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who provides tailored athletic development solutions for anyone who prioritizes fitness. In my time as a coach and trainer, I have worked with clients from a multitude of backgrounds with various goals, including general strength and fitness, weight loss, hockey, rugby, mixed martial arts, track and field, endurance running, and powerlifting.
As an athlete, I played hockey, soccer, and tennis in high school, and I have been powerlifting competitively since I was 19. My best competition lifts are a 700 lb squat, a 365 lb bench press, and a 535 lb deadlift at a body weight of 198 lbs. Currently, I am a student at the University of New Hampshire pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology–Exercise Science.
Coming from a science background, I rely on the work of exercise physiologists and sports scientists to deliver empirically validated training and nutrition strategies for my clients.
