Athlete Training

Personalized training for your best performance on the field, court, or rink. Regardless of the sport you play we can help you build strength to optimize your skills. We can also safely train you through any injuries to continually build muscle and heal the injury.

 Open Gym

We’re Open!

What is Open Gym? Access to our fitness facility 7 days a week for as little as $30/month for our personal training clients and $79/month for non-personal training clients. We have a controlled environment with cleaning practices, and a welcoming culture to help you feel welcome and do your best!

What is the Accountability Program? We offer the option to have your name on our Open Gym board, and commit to a weekly visit/training goal. Each week your goal is reached, you are entered into our monthly drawing. The winner chooses among 3 prize options.

Programming for Open Gym - Not sure how to spend your time during Open Gym? We've got you covered! Our custom plan writing, designed with your goals in mind, will help you maximize your time and give you that "road map" to be successful on where you want your fitness to go!

Access 7 Days a Week:

Mon/Fri: 5AM-7AM and 11AM-10PM

Tue-Thur: 5AM-10PM

Sat-Sun: 5AM-10PM

Please Note:

  • Non-personal training clients may need to participate in a one month personal training on-boarding program to ensure form safety is in place. 

  • Open gym programs require a 3 month contract commitment.
