What To Expect When Training at Limitless

You will work with the same dedicated trainer for every session to achieve your health and fitness goals. Choose from 1x, 2x, or 3x sessions per week depending on your goals, with options for both in-person and online personal training. We offer 1:1 sessions or 1:2 sessions if you prefer to train with a partner.

Your initial assessment includes:

  • A 60-minute consultation with a personal trainer to review your health and fitness history

  • Identification and setting of future health and fitness goals

  • Optional InBody Analysis to determine body composition and BMR

  • Movement Screening

  • Strength Test

  • ✈️ Train Anywhere – Access workouts designed for conventional gyms, fitness facilities, home or hotel gyms, or even with no equipment at all. Never miss a chance to improve your fitness, no matter where you are.

Open Gym Training Options

Enjoy the freedom to train on your schedule with our Open Gym program at Limitless Fitness. For as little as $30/month (for personal training clients) or $79/month (for non-personal training clients), you’ll have 7-day access to our state-of-the-art fitness facility, equipped with everything you need to achieve your goals. Our clean, controlled environment and welcoming culture make it easy to feel comfortable and motivated every time you work out.

Take advantage of our Accountability Program by committing to a weekly visit or training goal. Get your name on our Open Gym board, and each week you reach your goal, you'll be entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win!

  • 🕒 Flexible Access 7 Days a Week – Open Gym hours:

    • Mon-Fri: 5AM-7AM and 11AM-10PM

    • Sat-Sun: 5AM-10PM

  • 💪 Affordable Membership Options – Starting at just $30/month for personal training clients and $79/month for non-personal training clients.

  • 🤝 Welcoming Community – Join a supportive fitness culture where you can thrive and reach your goals.

Please note: Non-personal training clients may need to participate in a one-month onboarding program to ensure safety and proper form. A 3-month contract commitment is required for all Open Gym memberships.
