What To Expect When Training at Limitless
You will work with the same dedicated trainer for every session to achieve your health and fitness goals. Choose from 1x, 2x, or 3x sessions per week depending on your goals, with options for both in-person and online personal training. We offer 1:1 sessions or 1:2 sessions if you prefer to train with a partner.
Your initial assessment includes:
A 60-minute consultation with a personal trainer to review your health and fitness history
