Personal Trainer

My fitness journey started in the early 2000s with running. I quickly became obsessed with how great it made me feel and immersed myself in the world of fitness classes—especially SPINNING! In the process, I lost a substantial amount of weight and slowly transformed my eating habits by learning as much as I could about nutrition. 

One of my passions is trying new healthy recipes that my family will love, so we can all fuel ourselves in the best way possible. As my kids got older, I dove into weight training, and that’s when everything clicked for me. I wanted to learn everything I could and decided to become a personal trainer because I wanted to share everything I had learned with others so that they could feel great, too! 

I recently started pursuing a certification in Holistic Nutrition through Ulan Nutritional Systems, which I am really enjoying. I can’t wait to share more as I progress through the process!
