I started my fitness journey with a love for running and strength training. One of my first jobs was at a gym, and I haven’t stopped since! As life evolved—marriage, kids, and new challenges—I found ways to keep moving, eventually discovering a true passion for functional fitness and strength.
I became a group fitness instructor and loved every minute of it! But I knew I could do more, so I deepened my knowledge, became a personal trainer, and uncovered my true calling. Helping people move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in their bodies is what drives me. That “Aha!” moment when someone realizes how their body is meant to move? That’s what I live for. My passion for sustainable health also led me to become a certified nutrition coach.
I believe in training for life—building strength, mobility, and resilience so we can move well today and for years to come. Fitness should be fun, functional, and empowering!
