What keeps Holly coming back to Limitless Fitness? For her, it's the personalized approach. Holly works with Kevin McNaught, one of our experienced trainers, who tailors each session to her interests and lifestyle. "I train once a week with Kevin, which keeps me on a schedule, and he customizes my workouts based on my hobbies," Holly shares. Whether it’s improving her golf swing or increasing endurance for snowboarding, Kevin ensures that every workout is tailored to help her succeed both in and out of the gym.

When Holly first started, she was training twice a week, but as life got busier, the flexibility at Limitless made it easy for her to adjust. "I loved how easy it was to add open gym or move a session when needed," she says. This personalized and adaptable approach is what sets Limitless apart.

"I enjoy Open Gym because I can plan my workouts around my schedule," Holly explains. This ensures she stays consistent, no matter how busy life gets.

But it’s not just the flexibility that Holly loves. She also appreciates the supportive atmosphere. "During Open Gym, if a trainer is there, they will help you, or you can ask a question. I’ve met a lot of great members at Open Gym, and everyone is supportive and friendly!" This sense of community makes Open Gym a unique experience at Limitless Fitness in Epping, NH.

Holly’s personalized strength training sessions have had a direct impact on her performance in golf and snowboarding. "Training at Limitless has helped me gain strength and confidence in my hobbies," Holly shares. "Now I can golf or snowboard multiple days without issues, and I’ve become better at both sports since starting at Limitless!" she explains.

For golfers like Holly, strength training has been a game-changer. By focusing on building strength and improving endurance, Holly's swing has improved, and she no longer feels the post-golf soreness she used to experience. Snowboarding, another passion of hers, has also become more enjoyable as her stamina has increased.
