This Mom and Daughter duo work together to prevent injuries!
My name is Catie Coolidge- Last Summer I hurt my back and it took me 2 -3 months to recover. After that experience I knew I had to make some changes as I did not want to injure my back again. So, I started to look into getting some personal training. I wanted to get stronger but was nervous about hurting myself in the process.
My mom (Linda) who is in her 70s has always been active and exercised but never did anything with weights. She has two bad arthritic shoulders and I thought she could benefit from some personal training as well. A friend of mine recommended limitless fitness in Epping, NH to us. So we called and met with one of their personal trainers -Michelle Antosiewicz. Michelle is an accomplished trainer and very down to earth. We have been training twice a week with Michelle since last September. She has been wonderful!! Actually, everyone we have met at Limitless could not be nicer. Michelle met with us each independently at first to get our medical history and physical fitness goals.
She then came up with a personal training program catered to both of our needs. Every time we train it’s a different routine. She is great about making modifications when needed and challenging us to try new things or go up in weights. She always brings a positive attitude and humor to our sessions. We both have enjoyed working out and feel we have gotten stronger in the process.
We highly recommend Limitless Fitness to anyone who wants to try to get into shape, recover from injuries or just feel better and stronger about their body. You really can’t go wrong with any of their trainers. You will not be disappointed.
