What You’ll Need

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 ½ cups no-sugar-added peanut butter powder

  • No-sugar-added dark chocolate chips (like Lily’s)

  • A touch of coconut oil

How to Make Them

  1. Mix & Shape: Combine applesauce and peanut butter powder until you form a smooth, workable dough. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm them up.

  2. Melt & Dip: Melt the chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil for a silky coating. Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture until fully coated.

  3. Set & Serve: Place the chocolate-covered balls in the fridge or freezer to set. Once firm, they’re ready to enjoy!
