Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup peanut butter
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix ins (your choice, chocolate chips, berries, nuts)
Dusting of sea salt
Directions:
Mix bananas, peanut butter, and vanilla
Fold in oats
Let sit in fridge for 10 minutes to thicken
Add mix ins
Place dough balls onto parchment paper on baking sheet
Dust with sea salt
Bake @350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
