Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup peanut butter

  • 2 mashed ripe bananas

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mix ins (your choice, chocolate chips, berries, nuts)

  • Dusting of sea salt

Directions:

  • Mix bananas, peanut butter, and vanilla

  • Fold in oats

  • Let sit in fridge for 10 minutes to thicken

  • Add mix ins

  • Place dough balls onto parchment paper on baking sheet

  • Dust with sea salt

  • Bake @350 degrees for 12-15 minutes

  • Enjoy!
